CINDY CAPONE
Founder
CINDY CAPONE is a leader in strategic talent acquisition and development with a history of successfully supporting innovative investor-backed companies. Cindy specializes in recruiting senior executive talent and Board Directors with a focus on professional services, industrials (including specialty materials and oil/gas services), consumer products companies, and e-finance firms. She enjoys working with companies early in their life cycles, when an understanding of high growth/low resources is critical, as well as more established middle market firms poised to accelerate their growth. To that end, Cindy brings a new perspective to companies dealing with change – whether that involves the need for new leadership to scale revenue, a company emerging from restructuring, or a firm looking to create new growth opportunities. She is a data-driven professional who applies qualitative insights that help drive “right fit” recruitment decisions for a company, its culture, and its people.
Cindy ran the Office of the CEO at Vonage as a privately held, and then public, company. Leveraging her vast organizational experience, she led the search efforts for C-level executives and Board members, which led to her transition to executive search and talent acquisition, and the founding of CPC Talent.
After beginning her career at Bankers Trust, Cindy went on to structure some of the most innovative financial products of their time for Swiss Bank/UBS, Bear Stearns, and Morgan Stanley.
Cindy earned her B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Southern California and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University.
JULIE LENEHAN
JULIE LENEHAN has more than 20 years of executive search experience in technology, retail, consumer products, biotechnology and healthcare companies, as well as extensive experience in the financial services and investment management sectors. She has successfully placed Chief
Financial Officers and other C-suite executives in a broad variety of industries. She has worked with entrepreneurs and early-stage companies to help build their organizations, placing key executives that can manage rapid growth and tackle the issues that accompany that growth. In
addition, she has worked with both well-established public and private firms - whether in a turnaround or growth situation - to replace or supplement senior members of the management team/Board of Directors to align the firm’s strategic goals with their investors’ expectations. Julie began her career at Korn/Ferry International in San Francisco where she was in the Financial Services practice and a founding member of the CFO practice servicing all sectors and placed senior level executives in private equity, venture capital, family offices, investment banking, private banking and asset management firms.
Prior to her executive search career, Julie was the advertising account manager for the H.J. Heinz Company at Bozell Sawyer Miller Group in Moscow, Russia. She started out as an intern with “60 Minutes” in Paris and Moscow.
Julie earned a Master of International Affairs specializing in International Finance and Business from Columbia University and a B.S. in International Marketing and B.A. in French from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is fluent in French and speaks passable Russian.

BILL WATRAS
BILL WATRAS is an Executive Search professional with a strong background supporting the growth plans of highly successful Private Equity backed companies and rapidly expanding consulting and advisory practices at some of the nation's top firms. For the last several years Bill has developed his process of identifying, positioning and closing highly south-after talent in top opportunities for his clients. This process has allowed Bill's clients to grow and expand into new markets by leveraging proven talent. Bill has worked with a diverse set of client industries but has specialized knowledge in the Oil & Gas services, Upstream and Midstream, manufacturing, tech and wealth management industries.
Most of Bill's expertise and success has been achieved through his work building out and hiring talent across the Accounting and Finance spectrum - including, but not limited to, working with CFO, Controller, VP of Finance, and Tax leaders that are often highly sought after and recruited professionals. Bill has worked with accounting and finance talent, often coming directly out of big four firms, top consulting and advisory practices and highly successful PE backed companies.
What sets Bill apart from other Executive Search professionals is his quick speed to market, ability to understand the positioning and brand of his clients, then leveraging that intel to locate and position new opportunities to new talent, while never sacrificing a detail-oriented process that helps companies vet top talent for skillset, expertise and culture fit through the hiring process.
Prior to his Executive Search experience, Bill was a Wealth Management professional with Charles Schwab and JP Morgan. Bill also worked several years with Oil & Gas professionals in Texas to develop comprehensive financial plans and asset management solutions. He earned a BS in Business Administration & Marketing from California State University Fresno.
MARY DUSKWOOD
MARY DUSKWOOD is an operations professional specializing in helping executive search firms create processes and systems to aid growth and efficiency. She enjoys finding ways to make businesses run more smoothly and finding creative ways to meet goals. She is a proponent of using available technology from applicant tracking systems to Zoom and beyond to help companies succeed and allow recruiters to keep the focus on the client. Her operations philosophy is that any business problem can be solved with a data-driven approach informed by company culture and personal development. Creating a process that not only will work, but that people will want to adopt ensures success.
Prior to working at CPC Talent, Mary worked in administration for a mortgage company's IT department and then built up her recruiting industry experience first as a researcher then as the Director of Operations for the boutique recruiting firm Burtch Works. Her previous experience working with IT professionals and the analytics professionals Burtch Works focuses on showed her the opportunities for business created by using the right data and technology.
Mary earned her M.A. in International Relations from the University of Chicago and her B.A. in International Relations and Asian Studies from Knox College.
HEATHER ROZEBOOM
HEATHER ROZEBOOM joined CPC Talent in April 2022 as an Executive Assistant. She has over a decade of experience in professional office administrative support in highly confidential environments. She excels in
successfully managing administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues. Before joining CPC Talent, Heather performed administrative roles for a large financial institution, a local government agency and a home renovation company located in Auckland, New Zealand. She is excited to be working with CPC Talent and looks forward to supporting the success of all candidates and clients.
Heather earned her B.A. degree at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, with a double major in Cultural Anthropology/World Religions and English/Creative Writing.
